The man who oversees your Chefusion experience is Chef Tony. You will probably see him during the evening. Together with his wife, Cathy they own and operate Chefusion. Tony has worked all over the United States at an array of venues. Running kitchens at large clubs and hotels and serving exotic meals to the rich and famous.
A native of Green Bay, Chef Tony has come home to focus on bringing world class cuisine to the heart of our city.
His vision is to bring together the best the world has to offer and fuse it into an amazing culinary experience in combination with locally grown, fresh ingredients. Thus Chefusion, Chef Tony and his professional staff are here to bring you a world of fine dining.
The Chefusion experience has three parts. the first is the "Formal Dining area" where, as Chef Tony explains, it is formal dining in a casual atmosphere. Then there is the Lounge with a Casual Menu, a sophisticated bar and live music. Finally there is the catering experience, which allows you to have Chefusion take care of your gatherings. Whether they be on-site of off-site, Chef Tony is your chef.
